Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a flexible return and refund policy, which allows you to return most items within 30 days.

Returns

You can return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order. To return an item:

  1. Log in to your account and visit the “My Orders” page.
  2. Select the order you wish to return and follow the instructions to request a return authorization.
  3. We’ll email you a return label with instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note that items must be in their original condition, including packaging, and must not be damaged or used. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you can return the original item and place a new order. We are unable to directly exchange items but will issue a refund upon return, allowing you to purchase a replacement.
